General Provisions

kriya is an online gaming platform that provides various types of games and betting services for users in Bangladesh. The right to use this platform is a personal, non-transferable, and limited licence.

kriya reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.

These Terms are written in Bengali and have been prepared for users in Bangladesh.

Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

To use the kriya platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating or using an account on this platform. We may request identity documents or other verification at any time to confirm your age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, kriya reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. It is your responsibility to promptly notify our support team of any changes to your information.

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Please keep the following in mind:

• Do not share your account details with anyone.
• Log out after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify kriya support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• You may not allow any third party to manage your account.

kriya will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a fault in our system.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit

To deposit funds on kriya, you can use any of these four mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal

The same payment methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour.

Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in the following situations:

• If identity or age verification has not been completed.
• If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• If a security review is in progress.
• If there is a discrepancy in the deposit and withdrawal methods used.

4.3 Transaction Verification

kriya reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures for any transaction. If a fraudulent or suspicious transaction is identified, the associated account may be temporarily suspended for the duration of the investigation.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kriya offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or deposit ৳10,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account may claim any given bonus offer only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Certain bonuses may have restrictions on which games or sections they can be used in.
• kriya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

kriya is committed to ensuring fair play as a safe and trustworthy platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other players in an attempt to manipulate the system.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing, using abusive language towards, or threatening other users.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and no balance will be refunded.

VIP Programme & Special Benefits

kriya's VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier benefits may be changed at any time at kriya's discretion. The specific terms of each cashback offer will be communicated separately at the time of the offer.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending transactions must be completed before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure by kriya

kriya reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Where required to fulfil legal obligations.

Privacy & Data Protection

kriya never sells your personal information to third parties. However, certain information may be shared with designated parties for the purposes of legal compliance, fraud investigation, or payment processing.

Responsible Gaming

In the event of any technical error, the relevant bet may be cancelled and the staked amount refunded. kriya's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the total amount of the transaction in question.

Upon receiving a complaint, the support team will review it and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible. kriya's decision shall be considered final and binding.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the kriya platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of kriya. Copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially using these materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

Game content belongs to the intellectual property of the respective game providers, such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others.

Changes to Terms & Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. kriya reserves the right to update these Terms, and notice of significant changes will be provided on the platform.

The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered authoritative. In the event of any ambiguity in a translation, the original Bengali text shall prevail.
